Functional Dynamics Within the Extremities
Functional 3 deepens the perceptual bridge between Functional Osteopathy and Biodynamic Osteopathy through the exploration of the extremities as extensions of central fluid and functional organization within the body.
Inspired by the teachings of Dr. Sutherland, the principles of direction of ease, balanced tension, and functional relationships, practitioners deepen their understanding of how adaptive patterns are expressed throughout the peripheral structures and their relationship with the whole organism.
Through the study of the upper and lower extremities, membranous continuity, fluid dynamics, and compensatory relationships, participants begin to perceive how the body continuously reorganizes itself through subtle functional and fluid interactions rather than isolated biomechanical events.
As the work becomes quieter and more refined, practitioners gradually recognize how functional relationships within the extremities reflect deeper patterns of global organization, fluid balance, and inherent motion throughout the living system.
Functional treatment increasingly evolves from mechanical understanding toward perceptual listening, synchronization, and the recognition of the biodynamic forces already present within the organism.
Costs
Course fee: 940,-euro
Coffee, tea, water and a healthy snack during the pauses are included.
Subscription and cancelling policies
Your subscription will be completed by registration. The general terms and conditions of EATO apply to this agreement. The invoice will be sent within the next days. Students can pay the exact amount within two weeks after receiving the invoice on account number IBAN/BIC of EATO with mentioning name and invoice number.
Cancelling two months before the start of the course, the full amount of the course will be refunded. Cancelling one month before the start of the course, 50% of the course fee will be asked as compensation for cancelling. Cancelling less than a month before the start of the course, the full amount of the course fee will be asked, unless there can be found a replacement.
